Hello,

My name's Karim, I'm 19 years old, born and raised in a small town in the Netherlands. I found this site a couple of years ago and have been trying the techniques ever since. I found that the exercises worked and they've helped me to feel real things that I felt when I was a child.

To be in the present moment instead of the sleep of the subconscious, while being clear and seeing what was going on within me, I realised that all these years I've been moving away from the spiritual, from reality.

Gnosis has given me the ways to get out of the 'egos', which is an opportunity of a lifetime and at the same time a tough reality when realising what it requires to take the path of the consciousness instead of the pleasures and egos of everyday live.
