 When I'm not puzzling over my computer screen, I am an active yogi and developing martial artist.  I'm making a renewed effort at astral projection after giving up for the last few years. In my first attempts, I focused a lot on hemi-sync and did a bunch of courses at the Monroe Institute. I think it was very helpful in learning to perceive subtle energy and develop intuition. I also have had many 'halfway-out' OBEs, but never gained any real control.  I'm ready to approach it in a more disciplined, systematic way than before.
