MATTHEW 18:1 - At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the Kingdom of heaven? And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them, And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. (astral) - Hi everyone with children - we might want to pay attention to our children today - there is a key there somewhere. Any thoughts free to reply...

This may sound funny but my youngest girl has always loved trees and plants. So much so that during bush fires or storms she has been known to be quite concerned about them, and afterwards has even asked me to go with her to check on certain ones. My wife and I found this quite amusing, but also a bit puzzling. One day she showed me her favourite tree and innocently explained that it was the creatures that live in the trees that come out to play with her in her dreams that she was concerned about. She was worried what would happen to them if the trees blew over, or burnt down. She is very fond of them. It amazes me how she just naturally seems to know the difference between dreams that are ?silly? and dreams that are ?real?. I often get the most simple and practical questions that I have no answers for about this subject and many others.

They are sometimes far more perceptive and knowledgeable than we think, though in a very innocent way. If we were all a little bit more like them we would be better people. It?s a shame we usually lose our inner beauty as we grow up.

From my observation of children and the memory of my childhood it is obvious that there is a beautiful force coming forth from children. They don't judge because there is no pride in them, they are carring because they recieve much love from their parents and ther world is new and mysterious to them, they are very open to it because their feelings are not blocked by the negative states of mind and their thoghts are free untill many confusing impressions making the mind stagnant. But it is only a step which we all face, what is important for me is to open up again to this spirit of a child but keeping facing the other steps of human life.

Gyordi, thanks for the wonderful reply . I think if we all saw things sometimes as children the world would be a must better place .. - Meaning looking at everything new and exciting - and seeing things for the first time ..

Generally, there is a big problem with the way children are raised nowadays and become those "social elements". Ultimately problem is within, of course.

As a grown-ups, it seems that we have to reeducate ourselves, keep up our life experience and knowledge, and still look for that child-like innocence and simplicity.

I really liked your story Dan_iel, it reminded me my childhood.

I used to play with invisible creatures everywhere and later had a big problems to beleive that they are only products of my imagination. They were my dear friends and it was hard for me to stay away from them for the sake of...something more important?

It is great that the courses teach techniques how to change the inner nature and return to that awesome feelings and abilities we had in a childhood.

Hi Everybody,

I sort of work with kids every day, if it's not raining, in the summer. I play the keyboard but I'm hidden behind some fabric and umbrellas and all you can see is my gloved hands which look like two tiny cows dancing around on the keys. Kids - not all kids, mind you - but the huge majority, will get that this is a fantasy world and they are invited to play. The cows respond to requests, play dance music, and stick out a hoof (my little finger) to shake hands, and so on.

But adults will often tell their child, "look - there's a man behind there!" before anything else. (If you look around the corner of the sky, you'll see me.) And then, they feel like they've done well, by seeing through the "trick."

But they haven't done well. I didn't create the little Musical Cows world just so you could see through the trick. I want to play with you!

There was a little girl today whose mother did the "see - it's just a man" thing and the girl said Oh. Then her mother pulled her away - they had places to go. But the little girl, just like her mother was her student, patiently pulled her mother back, and got her to wait and came over close and looked over the whole farmyard scene and listened to a tune and clapped when the cows bowed and shook hands and did the right thing. Maybe Mom learned something - I hope so.
